I just found this prototype RAM board of the Quasimidi Quasar synthesizer. I have not used it so often, because the transfer of samples via MIDI just took way too long. But this little audio snippet is an intro of an audio CD I produced in 1995 or 1996. The RAM board sports these Formant Synthesizer rumbling samples and all the orchestra FXs.
